BOLT12 Pay v0.3.20 — Now Available in Five Languages
BOLT12 Pay v0.3.20 has been released and the updates are merged into the official Umbrel and StartOS repositories.
The biggest change is full localization. The Pay interface, Console, Setup, Login and public Lightning payment pages now support English, German, Spanish, French and Polish.
Other improvements:
- Android Companion v1.0.1 with native language selection and system-language support.
- Fixed the initial Pay QR code to display the configured address or active BOLT12 offer.
- Improved payment-target editing and copying on mobile.
- Language switching preserves entered data and payment context.
- Automated checks for translation consistency.
Both StartOS architectures were built successfully, and the update was tested on Umbrel and StartOS.
For anyone unfamiliar with the project: BOLT12 Pay is an open-source, self-hosted Lightning payment interface combining BOLT12 Offers, BIP353, LNURL, Nostr and Lightning Addresses.
