2. 永续合约的价格发现与锚定机制

资金费率与价格锚定原理。永续合约之所以能够长期无到期地运行而价格不至于偏离现货过远,靠的是资金费率(Funding Rate)机制。资金费率通常每8小时结算一次,当永续合约价格高于现货指数价时,资金费率为正值,持多头的一方需按一定年化率向空头支付费用;反之当永续价格低于现货时,空头付费给多头[29]。这一机制激励市场参与者执行套利:例如当永续价格高出现货时,资金费率转正且可能攀升,此时空头每小时能赚取资金费率收益,套利者会倾向卖空永续、买入现货锁定无风险利差,从而迫使永续价格下行靠拢现货;反之亦然,当永续低于现货则多头有利可图,推动价格回升[29]资金费率越高,意味着永续价格偏离现货越严重,套利冲动越强,因而在理想情况下具有“自我校正”功能,将永续价格驯化到贴近现货。相比传统期货在交割日靠现货交割强制收敛,永续通过连续的资金费率调节,实现了价格锚定的无缝化[29]。大型交易所通常对资金费率有所限制和设定,并通过计算未平仓量和现货指数价差来动态调整费率。需要注意的是,交易所可以人为设定资金费率的计算方式和上限,但资金费率本身并非万能的锚定工具——它只能提供经济激励,真正令价格回归的是套利者的行动,而套利行动又需要现货市场有足够深度和流动性才能执行。换句话说,永续合约的锚定机制最终依赖于现货市场的做市商:当价差出现时,只有愿意在现货市场买进卖出、并在永续市场建立对冲头寸的做市商,才能填平两者差距。如果现货市场深度不足或缺乏对手方,即便资金费率给出再高的激励,也可能无人接盘,锚定机制将失效。

做市商与负手续费激励。在正常环境下,专业做市商扮演着永续价格锚定的“减震器”角色。这些机构往往在现货和永续两个市场同时提供双边报价,通过高频套利维持两边价格一致。当永续价格偏高时,他们会卖永续买现货,反之亦然,从中赚取价差或资金费率。同时,主流交易所也采取多种措施鼓励做市商积极参与,降低其交易成本甚至给予额外补贴。例如,Binance等交易所针对深度提供者实行“负挂单手续费”政策,即做市商在挂单成交时不仅无需支付手续费,反而按一定比例获得成交额返佣[30]这种负手续费机制降低了做市商对冲成本,使其更愿意大额报单,从而增加永续市场流动性并紧紧盯住现货价格[30]。此外,一些交易所对做市商设置做市池和流动性激励,甚至在特殊情况下(如指数价格偏离过大时)主动提高做市商的手续费返还或资金费率奖励,以引导资金纠偏价格。当然,这些机制的有效前提依然是现货市场有足够筹码和深度供做市。在比特币市场过去几年中,由于现货流动性相对充裕且分散在多家交易所,套利者和做市商能够有效地通过搬砖和对冲,实现永续对标现货的价格发现功能。因此我们看到,BTC永续合约价格与现货指数价通常紧密贴合,年复一年的偏差极小,一旦有偏离便迅速被套利平抑。这也是为何永续合约能成为事实上的价格基准:投资者普遍信任永续价格是真实有效的,因为背后有无数套利资金在保证它不会走偏。

锚定机制的脆弱性:当一侧流动性枯竭。然而,需要强调的是,永续合约并没有“最终交割日收敛”这一安全阀,它完全依赖上述动态平衡来维系。如果某种极端情况下,市场上某一方向的流动性枯竭——例如想做空的人都做满了杠杆且没有额外现货可供卖出,那么资金费率即使高企,新的空头也难以入场;或者相反地,多头流动性干涸,也无人接多头的盘。此时永续价格将失去锚定而“漂移”。正如专业报告指出的:永续合约与传统期货不同,它没有保证最终价格与现货收敛的机制,如果遇到意外冲击导致买卖盘单边消失,风险将迅速失衡,流动性枯竭,永续价格将出现功能性紊乱[31]。简单来说,永续合约的锚定机制存在一个“命门”:那就是对现货和对手盘流动性的严重依赖。一旦这个基础被削弱或破坏,永续价格可能大幅偏离基本面而无自我纠正能力——这正是我们担忧的现货枯竭情境下的潜在风险。下面将进一步对比这种机制在传统市场为何难以复制,从侧面说明比特币永续市场目前依赖的特殊条件。

3. 永续合约在BTC市场有效但不适用于股票市场的原因

永续合约的成功,很大程度上归功于加密市场特殊的交易环境和标的资产属性。这套机制在比特币等数字资产上运转良好,但在传统股票市场却一直未被采用。主要原因包括以下几个方面:

(2) 标的资产特性与收益结构不同。比特币作为一种纯粹的数字资产,没有红利、股息等收益分配,也没有经营业绩等基本面差异,各市场上的比特币完全同质且易于转移。这使得现货与期货的价差主要反映资金利率和持币成本,资金费率机制可以简单地以稳定币利率为基础来设计(如常见的0.01%/8小时约等于年化10%左右的资金费率水平,用于平衡多空持仓成本)。但股票具有内在价值因素:上市公司会分红派息,股票还有投票权,公司基本面信息不断涌现。这意味着如果设计股票永续合约,需要考虑股息收益和借券成本。例如,当一只股票有年度股息时,做多现货/做空永续的一方应获得类似资金费率的补偿,否则永续价格长期可能低于现货(相当于期货贴水)。反之,无股息或高借券费情况下,永续资金费率的设定也复杂得多。传统股票市场早有成熟的期货和期权工具,投资者可以通过定期滚动合约来模拟长期持仓,而对于股票永续这种“每时每刻按照资金费率结算”的创新,并无强烈需求。此外,股票市场的结算周期(T+2交割)和做空限制也与加密现货“T+0即时结算”迥异。在股票市场,要做空标的往往需要借券,有数量和期限限制,而比特币现货可以方便地通过抵押Stablecoin借出或直接做空永续来实现空头头寸。现货市场的可空性也是永续合约锚定有效的前提之一——在比特币市场,做空现货(通过借币卖出)相对容易,而在股票市场,大规模借券空投成本高昂且受监管限制。因此,资金费率锚定模型在股票上难以发挥作用:如果空头无法无 friction 地参与,那么当永续高于现货时,未必有足够空头涌入压低价格,资金费率机制可能失灵。

(3) 市场参与者结构与风险偏好不同。比特币永续市场的参与者以全球散户和加密原生套利机构为主,风险偏好高,乐于参与高杠杆投机和跨市场套利。永续合约提供的高波动、高杠杆满足了这一市场的需求,被形象地称为“24小时不结算的期货赌场”。相反,股票投资者中机构占比更高,他们更注重受监管的稳定市场,不太可能大规模参与一个高杠杆、高波动且无到期日的新品种。事实上,即便在加密市场,期权等复杂衍生品因流动性分散(每个行权价和到期日都是独立市场)一直不如永续火爆[37]。永续合约将所有期限的流动性集中到一个产品中,大大提高了交易深度和便利性,这在高度同质化的比特币上运作良好。然而股票具有成千上万支,流动性分散在不同股票,即使推出股票永续,也需要为每支股票建立流动市场,这本身难度就远高于比特币这种单一资产。所以直到最近,股票永续主要以指数形式出现(例如Nasdaq100永续指数合约[38]),个股永续很少见。这说明市场结构和品种数量也是因素之一:加密市场集中于几个主要币种,永续能成功聚集流动性,而股票市场标的分散,即便技术和监管允许,要让每个股票永续都有足够深度也是巨大的挑战。

综上,BTC永续合约之所以有效,有赖于无处不在的现货市场、无缝的全球交易时间、高风险偏好的参与群体和标的自身的简单同质性。这些条件在传统股票市场并不同时具备。因此,尽管永续合约被认为是衍生品的一次重大创新,甚至有观点预言**“未来所有资产的衍生交易都会向永续合约迁移”[39],但截至2025年,股票市场上这一模式尚未真正落地。不过值得注意的是,趋势在改变:2025年去中心化交易所Hyperliquid已经推出日交易额上亿美元的纳斯达克100指数永续合约**,成为该平台交易量最大的产品之一[38];Arthur Hayes等业内人士预言股票永续将成为2026年最热门的产品,各大交易所不得不跟进,否则将在竞争中淘汰[40]。若这一预言成真,我们也许会看到股票市场引入类似资金费率的机制。但在目前的讨论背景下,比特币永续仍是一个相对独特的产物,其风险锚定机制和潜在问题需要我们在加密市场特定语境下审视。

4. ETF/AP机制与企业财库锁仓对流动性和清算的影响

前文提及,现货ETF和“大型囤币企业”正大量抽取交易所流动性。这部分将深入分析这些传统/机构资金渠道对比特币市场微观结构的改变,以及如何潜在破坏永续合约的定价锚定。
