Trunk Space Keeps It Indie at Hello Lincoln | Public Record

How important are DIY spaces? Here at Public Record and Hello Lincoln, we think they form the backbone of music culture. And that’s why we’ve teamed up with The Trunk Space. June saw two T-Space presentations at our nearly 100-year-old warehouse, including a gig with Thee Madcaps, Dinosaur Love, Chaos is An Aesthetic, and Hot Pennies—with our friends at Headfooter in the mix to document the show. And then just a few nights later, Entombedluvv and Trunk Space teamed up to present a last minute performance by Parting Gift, Bullet for Two, Midvale Park, Worried, First To Fall, Last to Dance and Isitworthwritingaletter. While the Trunk Space is still on the hunt for a permanent home, as long as Hello Lincoln have something to say about it, all-ages shows will have a home in Phoenix.
