Cacao Avocado Mousse

- Blender or food processor
Suggestions:
- Chill avocado overnight in the fridge
- Easily double the recipe
- Top with coconut whipped cream, additional Bitcoin Beans cacao or nut garnish

Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1.5 tablespoons milk of choice (I used raw dairy)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon Bitcoin Beans Cacao
- pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender. Add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and Bitcoin Beans Cacao.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop into 2 bowls, garnish and serve!
