Coconut Cacao Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 400ml full fat coconut milk (1 can)
- 200g pitted dates (between 3/4 and 1 cup)
- 2 TBSP Bitcoin Beans 100% Cacao
Directions
- Soak the dates in coconut milk in a container overnight in the refrigerator. This makes the dates soft and easy to blend.
- Blend until smooth and creamy using a food processor, electric blender, or hand-powered.
- Add Bitcoin Beans 100% Cacao to the container and stir.
- Freeze for a few hours to get to the desired ice cream texture.
