A fairly unknown cocktail that packs a flavor punch! If you enjoy the smokiness of mezcal and the tart citrus from lime and Aperol together, this may just be become your new favorite cocktail!

The official recipe calls for Yellow Chartreuse. However, there’s a shortage at the moment, and it’s difficult to obtain. Strega is a perfect substitute!

Ingredients
- 1oz (30ml) Mezcal
- 1oz (30ml) Aperol
- 1oz (30ml) Yellow Chartreuse / Strega (substitute)
- 1oz (30ml) Lime juice
- Ice
Directions
- Add several ice cubes to a cocktail shaker
- Add ingredients to the shaker
- Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds
- Strain into cocktail glass
