Coin-splitting idea if a BIP110 chain split actually happens
If BIP110 actually causes a chain split, could we confirm a transaction on the non-BIP110 chain that includes an 84-bytes (bip110 enforces 83 bytes limit) OP_RETURN scriptPubKey, making the entire transaction invalid under BIP110?
The normal spendable output from that transaction could then be used as a chain-specific UTXO for coin splitting and replay protection??
