Zoran Đinđić was one of the most influential Serbian politicians after the breakup of Yugoslavia and a key figure in democratic changes in the early 2000s. A philosopher by education and a reformer by conviction, he advocated for the modernization of the state, strengthening of institutions, and bringing Serbia closer to Europe. He was one of the opposition leaders who overthrew Slobodan Milošević's regime in 2000 and then became Prime Minister of Serbia.

DELTA DISTRICT PROGRESSING AT FULL SPEED: See what's happening at the construction site of the region's most anticipated ultra-luxury complex

The construction of the Delta District complex in Block 20 in New Belgrade, one of the most significant projects in the luxury real estate sector in the region, is progressing according to the established dynamics. The central facility of the complex, the InterContinental Hotel, has reached a height of 21 floors, while the facade installation is completed up to the 15th level. Alongside these works, the business tower has been structurally completed, and the construction of two residential towers is proceeding simultaneously. On the very roof of the hotel, the formation of a panoramic pool has begun, which will be one of the most striking elements of the complex.
