ATTACKED POLICE OFFICERS: 47-year-old man arrested in Cetinje for drunk driving and assaulting officials Police arrested Đ.V. in Cetinje for driving with a blood alcohol content over 1 g/kg. While entering a police vehicle, Đ.V. physically attacked officers, causing injury to one and making threats. He further assaulted another officer upon arrival at the station.

• Đ.V. (47) from Podgorica was arrested in Cetinje for driving under the influence of alcohol.
• He was found to have over 1 g/kg of alcohol in his system.
• While being taken into custody, Đ.V. physically assaulted police officers.
• He pushed one officer, struck another with a car door, and kicked a third officer.
• Đ.V. also made threatening remarks towards the officers.
• The prosecutor determined that Đ.V.’s actions constitute the criminal offense of attacking an official in the performance of their duties.
• He was detained for traffic violations and subsequently arrested for assaulting officials.
