Dominic Barton, Canada’s ex-ambassador to China, has been appointed chairman of the board for Invest in Canada, an organization focused on attracting foreign investment. Prime Minister Mark Carney announced Barton’s three-year part-time role, replacing Karl Tabbakh. Additionally, Gurinder Grewal has been named the organization’s full-time CEO.
