Kelowna Woman Charged With Arson in Connection With Two Grass Fires in BC Interior
Mariah Banning Baer, 33, of West Kelowna is facing six charges in connection with fires and is awaiting a bail hearing.
RCMP in Vernon, B.C., have arrested and charged a 33-year-old West Kelowna woman in connection with two grass fires. Fire crews contained both fires before they could damage any structures. The fires were reported on Aug. 4 on Commonage Road and behind Carlson Park.
