Tens of Thousands Protest in Spain Over Ceuta Immigration Crisis
Authorities estimated that there were more than 160,000 protesters across the Andalusia Region, which includes Málaga and Seville, alone.
Thousands of people protested across Spain against Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s government and its handling of the Ceuta immigration crisis. The demonstrations, organized by the FEMP and dominated by the opposition PP, were a reaction to a recent surge of migrants into the Spanish territory of Ceuta from Morocco.
