Manitoba RCMP have charged a 66-year-old property owner after he allegedly fired shots toward vehicles belonging to four individuals suspected of stealing from his rural property. The suspects had reportedly arrived in two stolen vehicles from Watrous, Sask., and were seen transferring fuel. The property owner was alerted by a motion camera.
