A senior NSW Health manager, Zoran Ribicic, engaged in serious corrupt conduct by fabricating qualifications and using false references to secure well-paid public sector jobs. The Independent Commission Against Corruption found he falsely claimed to hold a doctorate, master’s, bachelor’s degrees, and a diploma over a 13-year period. The commission will refer evidence to the Director of Public Prosecutions for potential fraud offences.
