Chilliwack-Cultus Lake MLA Á’a:líya Warbus has left the B.C. Conservative Party to become an Independent MLA. This marks the seventh MLA to depart the party in three weeks. Warbus cited a critical breakdown in communication between party leadership, MLAs, staff, and the public since Kerry-Lynne Findlay became leader in May.
