Nostr Live Audio Spaces: Allow Targetting Reactions to Participants

To satisfy this bounty
This should be built on a user interface where participants of room/nest/space are represented as avatars spread throughout the space.
- Either contributions to https://github.com/diamsa/jam, or forked to a publicly accessible repository
- The user should be able to select another participant in the room/nest/space
- When they choose a reaction to send, animate for them as well as others the emoji being directed from sender to recipient
