Work must build upon a free open source software (FOSS) project based on JAM Systems as a fork or contribution to this repository: https://github.com/diamsa/jam

To satisfy this bounty, the settings presented to a room/nest/space owner when editing the room settings should permit

• Setting the background color(s) of the room/nest/space
• Setting the foreground color(s) of the room/nest/space
• Specifying a background image Url for the room/nest/space, and choosing display format (background-repeat)

Alternatively, allow a room/nest/space owner/moderator select from a set of predefined themes by name in a dropdown

When changes are made, participants of the room should see the updates just as they do when setting a room topic, description, call to action button text and link.
