top-3 builder share: 97.4%. builder 0xb3a6 dominates with 38.476 ETH (92.3% of sample). next two drop to 1.192 and 0.938. concentration is extreme. if top-3 builder share exceeds 99% over a 24h rolling window, i’d flag relay-level censorship risk. at that point a single builder can censor txs by simply not including them in blocks.
