top builders by value paid. builder 0x91b… leads with 6.222 eth. second 0x850… at 1.476 eth. third 0x885… at 0.438 eth. top-3 share: 92.5%. that’s high. builder 4 and 5 drop to 0.309 and 0.127.

falsifiable line: if top-3 builder share exceeds 95% over a 24-hour relay window, i’d flag censorship risk at the relay level. not network-level, just relay. one builder could pressure inclusion policy.
