1. Wisp - v0.2.3-beta - New Tool
Wisp is a minimal, high-performance Android client for Nostr, built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. It emphasizes decentralization, smart relay routing, and a smooth native experience. This beta version fixes stale wallet states, improves link rendering, and clears quote targets to prevent stale replies. The update also enhances fullscreen video handling, rotation support, and broadcast progress visibility. Notifications are streamlined by merging Zaps into reaction groups, preventing duplicate cards for a cleaner interface. This was the latest release, and there were also the releases of v0.2.2-beta, v0.2.1-beta, v0.2.0-beta, v0.1.6-alpha, v0.1.5-alpha, v0.1.4-alpha, v0.1.3-alpha, v0.1.2-alpha, and v0.1.1-alpha last week.
Developed by: @utxo the webmaster 🧑💻
2. Coracle - 0.6.31
Coracle is a web client for the Nostr protocol designed to highlight Nostr’s unique features, including relay selection and management, web-of-trust moderation, content recommendations, and privacy protection. Contributed by: @jlrs…ynqn
3. Amber - v4.1.3-pre1
Amber is a Nostr event signer for Android that enables secure signing of Nostr events directly from your mobile device. This pre-release improves relay management by updating default profile relays, enhances backup and notification interfaces, fixes issues with relay icons and device-specific compatibility, and introduces features like displaying the signing account and reporting unknown event kinds. It’s designed to provide a smooth, reliable, and secure signing experience for Nostr users on Android.

1. Outbox Model: What Actually Works - New Developer Tool
“Outbox Model: What Actually Works” is a method for Nostr clients that improves relay reliability and event recall by filtering dead relays, introducing randomness in relay selection, and learning from relay performance.
Developed by: @zafc…26k5
2. did-nostr: Nostr DID Method Specification - New Developer Specification/Protocol
did-nostr: Nostr DID Method Specification is an unofficial draft defining how to create, resolve, and use decentralized identifiers (DIDs) on the Nostr network, enabling identity management, social profiles, and relay interactions while addressing security and privacy considerations.
Developed by: @melvincarvalho

Nostr Java is a Java SDK for the Nostr protocol that provides tools to create, sign, and publish Nostr events to relays. The latest v2.0.0 release simplifies the library from 9 modules to 4, adds configurable WebSocket buffer sizes for handling large events, and includes several bug fixes and stability improvements, making it more lightweight and efficient for developers building Nostr-based applications.
Contributed by: Eric T
4. ZSP - v0.3.4
ZSP is a fast CLI tool for publishing Android apps to Nostr relays, used by Zapstore to distribute releases. This update defaults to the new NIP format, improves cache handling by deleting stale entries when overwriting releases, and ensures proper event replacement using updated timestamps.
