OpSec Intensive

OpSec Intensive is a full-day, one-on-one training offered by OpSec Academy that provides hands-on instruction in digital sovereignty and privacy practices using OpSecOS v1.2—a secure, USB-booted live operating system. Conducted entirely offline, the session covers operational security principles, secure password and seed phrase management, Bitcoin wallet setup and recovery (including multisig), and decentralised communication tools like Snort and Iris. Tailored to individual threat models and technical backgrounds, the training focuses on building real-world capability with open-source tools in a non-persistent, Tor-routed environment. These tools, installed separately from the standard TailsOS, include Hodl Hodl (a decentralised Bitcoin trading platform), RoboSats (a non-custodial Bitcoin exchange), Mempool.space (a Bitcoin transaction visualisation tool), Sparrow Wallet (a privacy-focused Bitcoin wallet), Cake Wallet (a Monero wallet), Snort and Iris (decentralised Nostr clients for secure communication), and Ian Coleman's BIP39 tool (for generating secure Bitcoin wallet seed phrases). Each of these applications has been vetted for security and privacy, providing users with powerful tools to manage their digital assets and communications in a secure, decentralised manner.
