Only Strength Can Break the Leader

Who knows what would have happened if Red Star hadn't pulled off a major surprise on October 10 last year and defeated Fenerbahce 86-81. With a terrible form, a pile of injured players, and Tomislav Tomović as an interim solution on the bench, the 'red and whites' triumphed in the home of the European champions and signaled better days after a terrible start to the season. After that, Saša Obradović took over the reins of the Belgrade team, strung together victories, and brought the team from Mali Kalemegdan to the threshold of the playoffs, which the army of fans has been dreaming of for seasons.

The Biggest Triumph

Crvena zvezda ended its participation in international competitions 15 days ago with a 0-2 loss to Lille in the second leg of the Europa League playoff for the round of 16. At the start of the season, the goal was to qualify for the Champions League, but Pafos was more successful, so the team then competed in the Europa League. The red-whites played excellently in the league phase, and then in the first leg of the elimination phase in France, as the Dogues were more successful in the second leg (0-2 after extra time).

Preserving Historical Memory is a Sacred Task of Society

In a time of increasing historical revisionism despite historical facts, diminishing the significance of the anti-fascist struggle, and the resurgence of Nazism in the last two decades, scientific conferences dedicated to the importance and lessons of the Great Victory are of immense significance, it was stated yesterday, on the first day of a two-day international scientific conference titled "80 Years After Victory: Memory Lives and Lessons of History". The Vice-President of the National Assembly of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Jovan Janjić, pointed out that historical facts are being falsified today.

Nicifor Dučić's Order

This year marks the 150th anniversary of the decision by the Serbian government and Prince Milan Obrenović to go to war against the Ottoman Empire for the liberation of the southern Serbian territories, which were the core of the old medieval Serbian state. This was the First Serbian-Turkish War, which began in 1876. The decision was made to form four military units towards Turkey: the Morava towards Niš, the Ibar towards Sjenica and Novi Pazar, the Timok towards Vidin, and the Drina towards Bosnia.

Why Do We Trip and Fall More Often?

Few things in life are as unpleasant as tripping and falling face-first on the street or elsewhere, especially when there are many people around. By nature, the body's ability to balance, one of the most hard-won evolutionary skills, is largely lost in old age. Accidental falls worldwide often lead to serious injuries or even fatal outcomes, as evidenced by the fact that, after traffic accidents, accidental falls are the second leading cause of sudden death. Between 1990 and 2017, according to World Health Organization data, the total number of fatal falls worldwide nearly doubled, correlating with a loss of balance due to age. The frequency of accidental falls among the elderly has prompted aging physiologists to study complex int.

The Protectorate's Contribution to Bosnia's Reintegration

When Croatian pop star Marko Perković Thompson ran onto the concert stage in Široki Brijeg, shouting the Ustaše greeting 'Za dom spremni,' the audience greeted him with whistles and then demonstratively left the hall. If you had read such a 'report' from western Herzegovina in 'Jutarnji Zagreb' or as reported in 'Večernji Belgrade,' you would think it was crude disinformation or political satire. And since, of course, it was quite the opposite, starting with the fact that the packed hall in an Ustaše trance greeted Thompson with 'Za dom spremni' in unison, why are we scandalized?

Serious Preparations and Defense

We have heard and are still hearing fantastic stories about the operations of the Israeli Mossad, which undoubtedly indicate that it is probably the best intelligence service that has ever existed. The way they have fought against the Palestinians for decades, how they infiltrate their people into all systems that are a potential danger to Israel, both Arab and within the Iranian system, how they eliminate leaders of Hamas, Hezbollah, political leaders in Palestine and Iran, is on par with incredible feats recorded as top Mossad work. In cooperation with the American CIA, they eliminated almost the entire military and political leadership of Iran, thus dealing a serious blow to the opponent right at the beginning. However, we will not be singing praises for Mossad in this text, as so many films, both feature and documentary, have been made, and so many books and studies have been written, that this writing would be superfluous. Here we will pay attention to Iran's preparation for this war, where for the first time we see a serious step forward by the Islamic Republic in modern warfare and preparation of the country for conflict. The moves they made at the beginning of this conflict, regardless of the fact that they lost a significant part of their political and military leadership, and even the Ayatollah himself, indicate that Iran has completely modernized its services and adapted its entire system to modern warfare and resistance, which has caused serious headaches for the USA and Israel.
